- Usage of mobile phone is not only for making calls and/or sending SMS but includes sending MMS, downloading games/music, taking photos, subscribing to 3G services, etc.
- Having visited any telco service centre/specialised dealer or concept/flagship store in the past 6 months
- Main decision maker for telco choice
